As trekkers and a group of friends, we loved the friendly and helpful staff. The dormitory with curtains around each bed gave us privacy. The kitchen was beautiful and had an amazing flower panel. There were many places to relax and the common room had good facilities. The breakfast was cheap and included various fruits, eggs, toast, and coffee. The free wifi was excellent.

I had an amazing time at Connect! The staff, especially Jasmine, were incredibly helpful and made my day. They told me about attractions and even the flower festival happening in town. They arranged cheap transportation for me and the dining area with the green wall was stunning. The hostel itself felt cozy and warm, like a home away from home. The owner and staff spoke perfect English and went the extra mile to assist me, even with arranging my bus ticket to Chiang Mai. The self-service laundry was convenient and affordable, and the rooms were clean and quiet.

connect hostel truly went above and beyond during my recent stay in chiang rai. the friendly and knowledgeable staff made me feel welcome from the moment i arrived. the location was perfect, with easy access to transportation and popular attractions. the clean and comfortable rooms, along with the fantastic communal areas, made my stay even more enjoyable.

The price was affordable, the rooms had private bathrooms, and there was a helpful and friendly front staff. The location was convenient as well, with several restaurants and shops within walking distance. Plus, the common areas were well-equipped and provided a comfortable space to hang out.

One downside was the lack of windows in the bedrooms, which made the rooms feel a bit dark and stuffy. the hostel was a bit far from the main attractions, requiring a bit of a walk or a short taxi ride.
